I had a make over at
dior counter in arnotts. I purchased two items. Diorskin airflash 300 and Dior BB hydra 030 both recommended by counter assistant. When I tried airflash next day it way too light in colour for my skin. The BB hydra was perfect. I brought product back and asked for a change of colour but was refused as product was used. Explained that this was colour that was recommended for me and I trusted the experts advice. I even asked that they exchange it for another one which they use for makeovers even if it was not full. Manager was very rude. Lovely cointer assistant offered to give me a darker sample to mix with airflash (which defeated the purpose of buying airflash) and said she would have changed it for me if the manager had not siad no. They were unable to give me a phone number to contact customer services and said they would ring me back in two days. Over a week later and I have heard nothing. I have used dior for past 20 years as does my 25 year old daughter. I am very disappointed.
