Dior Parisienne Pump Heel Tilted Dior does nothing - Dior Black Parisienne Pumps

Disgusted with @ Dior . Barely used peep toe has heel defect. Delhi, India store has no authority. They took in my shoe last November! Say they've sent it to Paris for repair. Now say Paris nonresponsive. Unacceptable. Can a luxe brand like Dior afford to be so insensitive? I want a replacement or my money back and FAST!
